By submitting any images, graphics, text, or materials (“Content”) to Foxo Packaging, you warrant that you own or have secured all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions. You further represent that your Content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold Foxo Packaging harmless from any claims or damages resulting from a breach of this warranty.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of all Content submitted for printing. Foxo Packaging does not monitor or verify customer-submitted Content and bears no responsibility for errors, inaccuracies, or violations contained within. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to refuse or remove Content deemed unlawful, offensive, or objectionable.
We accept print-ready files (72 dpi for web preview and high resolution for production). Any additional costs for fonts, stock images, or licensed materials purchased on your behalf will be billed separately.
All artwork must be submitted in CMYK format at a minimum of 300 dpi resolution. Foxo Packaging is not responsible for color variations caused by RGB-to-CMYK conversion, embedded color profiles, or low-resolution artwork. Proofreading (spelling, punctuation, layout) is the customer’s responsibility unless design services are purchased.
Final approval of artwork and job specifications is required before production begins. Changes made after approval may result in delays and additional charges. Digital proofs are provided for layout reference only—colors may vary due to screen calibration differences.
1) Color Accuracy: While we strive for accurate color reproduction, exact matches are not guaranteed. Pantone (PMS) matching is available at an additional cost.
2) Hardcopy Proofs: Recommended for critical color requirements (additional charges apply).
Prices are based on standard stock options. Special finishes, coatings, or custom substrates may require a separate quote. Minor variations in finish, texture, or color are considered industry standard and not grounds for return or refund.
We will make reasonable efforts to reproduce colors submitted as closely as possible; however, exact color reproduction is not guaranteed. If color is critical, we recommend ordering a hardcopy proof (additional charges apply) before mass production. Final production may vary from digital or hardcopy proofs due to process differences.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Foxo Packaging, its employees, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
Orders can be canceled prior to printing/production. If an order has entered the pre-press or production stage, cancellation fees may apply to cover work performed. If an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. To request cancellation, contact Customer Support with your order number as soon as possible.
1) Orders awaiting pre-press may be canceled with little or no fee.
2) Orders in pre-press or design stages may incur applicable charges.
3) Orders already in production cannot be canceled.
4) Shipped orders cannot be canceled; shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Design fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If no work has started, refunds may be issued at our discretion.
Because all orders are custom-made, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. If an error is verified to be the fault of Foxo Packaging, we will reprint the order at no additional charge. Claims must be filed within 7 business days of delivery, along with supporting documentation and photos.
Verified manufacturing errors will be corrected through reprinting. Customers may be required to return at least 95% of the defective order for evaluation. Foxo Packaging reserves the right to determine the appropriate corrective action.
Production and shipping timelines begin only after proof approval and payment clearance. All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Foxo Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the carrier picks up the shipment.
Typical considerations when placing an order include:
• Final proof approval and complete payment.
• Production queue and selected turnaround.
• Shipping method and destination service levels.
• Any design changes or file resubmissions prior to final approval.
Observed holidays may impact production and delivery times. Standard U.S. holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
All packages should be inspected upon delivery. Any claims for missing or damaged goods must be reported to both the carrier and Foxo Packaging within 3 business days of receipt.
This site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of this site is at your own risk.
Foxo Packaging, including its employees and affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, products, or services. Our maximum liability will not exceed the purchase price of the order in question.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state/province in which Foxo Packaging operates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within that region.
Foxo Packaging may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
